Highly skilled digital media and marketing director with experience managing multiple brands simultaneously in both B2B and B2C to help grow a network of physician practices. Responsible for brand management, online presence and patient, practice and network growth.
The qualified candidate will be expected to manage the growth of multiple brands and be a pivotal driver in the evolution of the Stride Healthcare brand as we build density in major metropolitan areas.

This role oversees a team of physician liaisons, and works with multiple outside vendors on web presence, social media, SEO, digital media, public relations and creative services for all brands under the Stride Healthcare portfolio.

The Director of Marketing and Communications will be responsible for creating the marketing strategy for both the practice brands and the Stride Healthcarebrand in support of our operational goals, as well as positioning the Stride Healthcarebrand for expanded growth within their current and new geographic areas.
Provide leadership and guidance to physician liaisons and creative teams on all marketing efforts; manage and grow team of talented direct reports
Develop and oversee programs and initiatives that bring the Stride Healthcare brands to life; responsibilities include strategic planning and marketing strategies, growing digital presence, patient engagement activities, and measurement
Develop effective campaigns that drive new business and expand spend from current client base
Collaborate with physician owners and office managers, c-suite, business development leaders and the Board of Directors to devise strategies that inspire and change buying behaviors
Collaborate with practice leadership to ensure alignment on vision and Stride Healthcare growth strategies
Develop and manage marketing budget to optimize ROI
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategy
Develop, define and track brand campaign performance metrics to ensure effectiveness
Willingly rolls up your sleeves to work hands-on at a tactical level, while still focusing on the big picture strategy
Qualifications and Education Requirements
5-7 years of B2B and B2C marketing, digital media, and brand management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience creating successful marketing and digital media campaigns
Ability to initiate, drive and manage several projects simultaneously
Excellent strategic thinking skills with strong intuition around what it takes to build a great, lasting brand
Experience managing a team
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
Must be an independent, strategic, creative thinker, a strong team player, and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
Maintain editorial control on all marketing, communication and public relations collateral
Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan and materials needed to accomplish the goals
