The Eli Broad College of Business seeks to hire an exceptional digital marketer who desires the opportunity to drive results for the Full-time MBA program. This talented individual will oversee the planning and coordination of the marketing and communications strategies to generate applications and matriculate students into the program. While helping to achieving strategic goals for the full-time MBA admissions. You will be responsible for managing the MBA social media and website content generation and back end analytics to drive web optimization and conversion; plans, creates and executes lead generating drip marketing campaign; interacts with digital marketing agency to optimize digital marketing plan. As part of the MBA Admissions, Marketing and Admissions team you will be central to improving the strategy for our admissions and marketing plans. You will plan and execute on-campus, off-campus and virtual events to generate program interest. Assist in applications review as needed. This position reports to the Director of Admissions. Travel is required.
-You will collaborate with faculty, staff, student employees, and colleagues on matters related to digital marketers.
-You will support use of digital marketing media in teaching and learning through appropriate technology.
-You will manage drip marketing campaigns and work with marketing automation tool.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge normally acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Advertising, Marketing and/or in Marketing in the field specific to the employing unit; experience in database management, spreadsheet and word processing software applications, and web page maintenance; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in sales, advertising and marketing strategies, and departmental operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of experience in Marketing/Communications, writing and managing drip marketing campaigns; user knowledge and experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot), CRM/Salesforce database expertise and operational management expertise; strong copywriting skills; user knowledge of social media and social media advertising; desire to make a difference students’ lives on a daily basis; comfortable speaking in-front of small groups of people; and valid driver’s license.
