It also requires excellent communication and customer service skills to be able to build and sustain positive relationships with community members on various social media channels and be the front line towards questions regarding our products.

This position demands proficiency in marketing strategy, content creation, social media, public relations, and business development to set clear marketing goals in a fast-paced environment.
Maintaining consistent and positive presence in FintruX Network's social media channels to understand the state of the community and respond accordingly. These channels would include Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube etc.
Participating in real time conversations that surround our content and the brand on all social media platforms.
Analyzing campaigns and translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
Resolving conflicts within community channels through appropriate response/action based on neutral fact investigation.
Ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience to the FintruX Network and serving as a moderator and host through virtual help desk / email to answering product and company related questions on social channels in a timely manner.
Content creation and publication of all marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, blogs, emails, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, videos, etc.
Actively seeking and evaluating opportunities for advertisements, publications, awards, sponsorships, exhibitions, and speaking opportunities.
Developing, implementing, and improving marketing communications strategies and campaigns with trackable KPIs in line with company objectives and marketing budget.
Developing, implementing, and improving comprehensive marketing communications strategies / community relations plans in line with marketing strategies and creating customer resources such as guides, FAQs, videos, etc. with assistance from the content creation team.
Develop a business development strategy to acquire prospective lenders, borrowers, investors and third-party partners.
Manage the entire cycle sales cycle process and being a point of contact for existing and new clients.
Build presentations, memos, budget proposals and monthly business projections for closing new deals and manage monthly sales funnel.
Closely track ROI and directly contribute towards improving key business metrics like customer conversion, revenue growth etc.
Host and manage product demos for potential online / offline partners and senior representatives of organisations.
Representing FintruX Network by acting as company liaison or spokesperson for our programs, at both internal and external events.
Developing and managing important strategic relationships with a wide variety of external stakeholders, particularly communities and spheres of influence with ability to persuade and influence others with integrity.
Being the first point of contact for media inquiries and directly handling the PR response to 'crisis' situations.
Monitor and generate weekly reports on performance of marketing strategies, company channel engagements, campaigns, and community sentiment to improve user engagement.
Handle client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner escalating as
Develop efficient tactics to track and lower costs-per-acquisition and improve lead generation.
Research latest marketing trends to stay up to date on the latest tools and effective strategies.
Closely monitor the P2P lending ecosystem (competitors, regulatory landscape etc.)
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content.
Utilize various design and creation tools to generate appropriate graphic and video content for publication.
Monitor industry trends affecting users and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Identify opportunities for public engagement and to organize promotional events such as press conferences, speaking opportunities, AMA sessions, and supervise external publications and productions about our organization.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
Manage and engage with our online and offline communities to build brand awareness, loyalty and positive sentiment.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration or relevant field.
6 to 9 years of working experience in a marketing, sales, advertising or communications capacity.
Knowledge of the financing, fintech and cryptocurrency industry.
Strong customer relationship management skills with past experience launching community initiatives (i.e. building an online forum, launching ambassador programs, creating event series, etc.)
Ability to perform community engagement and resolve conflicts with a positive and level-headed attitude.
Knowledge of relevant community metric reporting tools.
Expertise in social media management and growth tactics
Experience creating strategic marketing programs with a disciplined marketing approach.
Strong digital marketing skills, with skills in managing social media, email and print campaigns.
Ability to perform in a fast paced, changing environment while handling multiple demands.
Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients; relationship should be developed at the highest level and other key stakeholders.
Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and strong ability to transition prospects to clients.
Ability to interpret complex information and present it to a variety of audiences in the most appropriate and user-friendly format.
Strong leadership skills and experience working in both small and large teams.
Experience with paid performance marketing and market research.
Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is an asset.
