This includes the ability to create launch materials with includes sell sheets, fact sheets, FAQ's, proposal language and overview videos when appropriate. Develop and execute on product training for sales and client management Proven ability to translate complex projects into clear, simple materials that are relevant to the audience Proven ability to manage messaging for new products and partner internally and externally to help drive segment growth Partner with the UnitedHealthcare segment marketing leads to align content (i.e. value story development, segment communications) Work collaboratively with OptumRx marketing team to cross - promote UnitedHealthcare Pharmacy through thought leadership, speaker / webinar series, newsletter campaigns and events Work closely with UnitedHealthcare Pharmacy stakeholders to ensure segment goals are met and well supported by the Marketing team
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years of marketing experience within a matrix organization Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities Ability to be proactive, and move from strategy to execution and back again Proven ability to influence cross - functional teams without formal authority Proficiency in the MS office suite of Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Preferred Qualifications:5+ years marketing experience in Health care or PBM Experience Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, or communications UnitedHealth Group is working to create the health care system of tomorrow.
