Responsible for planning and implementing social media efficiency across the bank.
Leading and executing the creative idea and monitor performance of the social media campaigns such as Facebook, WE chat to capture new business and facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
To work with external parties including digital creative agencies, production house and media agencies to ensure marketing strategies and executions can be delivered smoothly and be reached optimal result.
Work closely with different business units to formulate effective marketing communication strategies.
To establish best practice for digital marketing communication.
University Graduate with at least 10 years or above marketing / advertising agency experience
Proven social media experience
Assertive, with strong people skills to manage team, internal customers and external vendors
Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
Result oriented, flexible & proactive, fast learner
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
