The Summer Internship Program that has been developed will assign students to one of our senior staff. All students will work on business projects suitable for a resume summary.
ARF Summer Interns are given a unique opportunity to work very closely with senior staff; something that is not possible in many organizations. Interns are really able to hone their project management and organizational skills through a wide variety of tasks.
The ARF is host to many events and interns are often able to attend meetings and events. Our events are packed with industry leaders, thus creating an excellent networking opportunity for our interns.
ARF staff will provide overviews of their areas and explain the role and context of student assignments. Questions and discussion will be encouraged. Lunchtime presentations will be held to introduce students to different business experiences among ARF staff.
The Summer Internship Program will be a 12 week program, starting on May 29th and concluding on August 24th. Spring Interns will be asked to work 20 hours/week and will be compensated at an hourly rate.

Membership Services serves as the central point for critical relationships with senior executives of the ARF’s Member Firms. ARF members are primarily Fortune 500 leaders in the Marketer, Agency, Media, and Research industries who join the ARF in order to access our research initiatives, publications, in-house expertise, and forums. The Membership intern will work closely with the team to ensure that we are delivering maximum value to our members.
Primary Responsibilities: • Assist the Membership Services department in ensuring all current members who are eligible are receiving the JAR (the ARF’s quarterly publication) • Update members’ contact information in our internal database. • Assist in outreach to all members to increase engagement – customize communication per category, interest, passion point, supply chain (advertiser-agency-media company- research partner). • Research and compile company information for Engagement Plans, call briefs and meetings.
