Summary: This position is dedicated to our Retail leasing business and manages and executes the production and design of marketing deliverables including RFPs, presentation, capabilities pieces, property marketing collateral, tenant pursuit materials, etc. This role works in collaboration with the professionals to develop a vision for the end product and then leverages a variety of on-team, in-house and third-party resources to fulfill that vision.

Previous CRE experience with a focus on Retail is a plus. The successful candidate will also be a critical thinker, entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and resourceful- someone who will thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities: Serve as local expert on the marketing nuances of the retail commercial real estate market and drive connectivity with the national retail line of business
Meeting with leasing team to kick-off projects
Identifying and working with appropriate resources on the Marketing team to develop materials
Working with leasing team to gather content for projects including text, maps, photos, aerials, etc.
Organizing and proof-reading content
Reviewing materials for quality control
Graphic design skills
Qualifications 4-6 years of marketing and design project management including vendor management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with and understanding of the creative process
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
