Do you want to use your B2B Marketing skills to contribute to our Mission here at MSK? We have an exciting and challenging new opportunity for an Associate Director, B2B Marketing to join MSK's Communications Team. As a member of the Business & Physician Relations team, you will be developing marketing materials for a B2B audience. This will include employer partners, working closely with MSK Direct and MSK's corporate guided access program, as well as health benefits providers, and healthcare provider partners. As the Associate Director, you will be both creating and executing impactful B2B marketing and engagement strategies, supporting both business and consumer-facing efforts.
Develop and edit engaging marketing content aimed at B2B and B2C audiences, using direct mail, email, and other digital technologies
Cultivate relationships with existing partners as well as relevant decision makers within prospect organizations
Co-lead program engagement and education activities, such as ensuring MSK Direct is communicated to members appropriately through materials and events
Capture and evaluate feedback from both internal and external partners to continuously improve MSK's B2B marketing and communications efforts
Collaborate in the development of market research focusing on supporting MSK's interactions with employer partners, payors and other benefit providers, as well as healthcare provider partners
Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy & Innovation, and clinical staff, to develop marketing strategy, content, metrics/reporting, and channels.
A creative thinker with strong business insight and skilled at driving program engagement through targeted communications.
Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments for multiple projects at a time.

A Bachelors degree. Master's degree in a related field (MBA, MHA, MS, MPH) is strongly preferred
Extensive experience writing and editing marketing materials, both in B2B and B2C space. Healthcare focus a plus, but not required

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility and trust with internal and external partners, including at the executive level.â¨â¨â¨
Excellent verbal and written presentation and influencing skills
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Online Search Engines, Google Analytics, and Database Management.
