Job Description & Qualifications
Field Sales & Service Operations – Zone Manager Ford College Graduate (FCG)
In Field Operations, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:
Wholesale vehicle and parts sales
Sales metrics and forecasting skills
Customer service programs
Your ideas and actions make an impact on profits and growth. The reward is seeing your efforts lead to increased sales and customer satisfaction at the dealer and corporate level.
Field College Graduate Program

As a Business Associate on the team, you:
Work independently in your daily activities
Work as a team to share best practices and meet sales and service goals.

- A Company vehicle (when placed in Zone)
- Your portfolio of dealers
- Skills, necessary equipment and data to attain your daily and monthly sales goals
Listen to dealer needs, understanding their concerns, and providing solutions
Locations include: Michigan, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Washington
Minimum Requirements for the Zone Manager FCG Program:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Willingness to relocate now and in the future
Willingness to travel up to four nights a week
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred Requirements for the Zone Manager FCG Program:
Passion for the automotive industry
