LRW is looking for a dynamic senior executive to lead our Survey Programming and Data Processing team. Leveraging problem solving and people management skills you will contribute senior-level guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the organization, providing technical support, process review and on-time data delivery. You will join a fast paced growing company that uses sophisticated data analytics combined with deep human understanding to drive business impact, advising some of the biggest companies and brands in the market.
As an Executive Director of Survey Programming and Data Processing you will lead a team to ensure high quality and efficient execution of market research programming and data deliverables to support LRW’s survey research and insights capabilities. Applying your technical expertise, you will collaborate with internal colleagues to identify, pursue and contribute to process improvement and advancement of technical capabilities within the team and across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
Problem solving and people management Provide senior-level guidance to cross-functional teams through technical support, process review, and on-time data delivery across company-wide quantitative projects Collaborating with your peers and engage in defining, delivering, operating and evolving LRW’s technical capabilities in data management and data processing Contribute to initiatives to evolve our processes and drive technology improvement, while fostering LRW’s strong people culture Advise some of the biggest companies and brands to transform their businesses Develop internal client service culture, building strong and collaborative relationships with peers, project teams, delivering high quality and timely data to LRW Partner with LRW Business Development team to scope and design small and large scale marketing research studies, and direct the execution of programming and data management of projects Enhance LRW’s proprietary software and process systems Collaborate with LRW peers and external software developers to identify and deploy the most viable technical solutions to business challenges Develop approaches to extend the team’s capabilities through training as well as creative outsourcing and remote staff augmentation Participate in hiring and development decisions for the team; mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach; monitor and evaluate results and assess financial performance

B.A./B.S. in related field such as Business or Engineering 5 years of operations experience in market research Consulting or professional services organization with 3-5 years management Familiarity or experience with tech platforms including Dimensions/Unicom Intelligence, SPSS, VBA, SQL, and R/Python Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers to deliver quality and on-time deliverables Excellent customer service orientation with proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships Strong mentoring, coaching, teaching experience for a team with diverse levels of expertise High degree of comfort in working in a technical environment. Proven ability to navigate between technical, business and people issues. A creative problem solver and an active learner who stays current on new tools and approaches Energetic, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively manage both strategic and tactical operations and administration initiatives Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Strong presentation skills and effective communicator Understanding of financial management and budgeting
