A new position at ASA, a trade association for the staffing and recruiting industry, is the perfect fit for a marketing guru with a love for data-driven strategies, email and website analytics, campaign analysis, and targeted messaging. This new position is an exciting opportunity for an industrious person with five or more years of relevant marketing experience in B-to-B and B-to-C environments using diverse media, including email, microsites, video, direct mail, persona-based campaigns, and print publications. The new senior manager of marketing will be part of a five-person publishing and marketing team, and will work closely with the team and internal clients to craft innovative marketing strategies, develop and map out marketing campaigns, execute and track those campaigns, and work closely with internal clients to meet and exceed association goals for membership recruitment and retention, event registrations, product and certification sales, webinar participation, exhibitor spend, and much more. College degree in communications/marketing or related field, and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience required.
Must have experience developing, executing, tracking, enhancing, and assessing multimedia marketing campaigns as well as content development and management strategies in B-to-B, corporate, or trade association environments.
Must be proficient with Google Analytics and/or other digital tracking technologies, Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with the Adobe suite of products and Tableau preferred.
Must have exceptional writing and editing skills as well as experience with print and digital design.
Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and Informz email platform preferred. Staffing and recruiting industry experience a plus.
Must be creative and able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills required.
