Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for writing, developing and publishing on-brand, goal-driven content - specific to each audience and channel to ultimately drive traffic, engagement, and leads. The role will be focused on enhancing NNB’s brand awareness in the market place, positioning the company as a financial leader in the Central Susquehanna Valley, and increasing lead generation. Role will also be responsible for tracking the results of the content marketing efforts to continuously iterate and develop content that is targeted to the audience and supports the company’s marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate will have the right combination of writing, visual communications, project management and technical skills to produce targeted, engaging and creative content pieces for social, blog, press, syndication and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of the Bank. This role carries no supervisory duties.
•Manage marketing campaigns and the implementation of ideation to execution, which includes creating positioning statements, content creation, and integrate competitive intelligence of the Community Banking Industry into marketing and communications material. •Position is responsible for driving all content creation efforts; owning the whole process from concept to measurement with input and direction from an established Marketing Committee. •Produce valuable and insightful content for the NNB website, mobile and social media channels including developing video and/or promotional material that engage our customers. •Design and develop sales and marketing collateral print advertisements, press releases, and presentations. •Foster relationships with media contacts and monitor editorial calendars to identify PR opportunities. •Manage all brand elements such as logos, presentations, proposal templates, ads and other look and feel media. •Must collaborate with and support the functional departments of the bank so they can also leverage NNB’s marketing footprint. •Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and utilize campaign data to analyze campaign success, adjust to accommodate needs and identify opportunities for other strategic initiatives. •In partnership with key staff, understand product offerings, personas, market segmentation to directly affect copy/content to reach appropriate customers with properly influenced marketing. •Position is responsible for staying abreast of everything that’s happening across the Bank and industry; must have a strong grasp of banking and intuitively know how to develop content that connects the bank and customers to key conversations that increases trust and interest in the Bank. •Ensure communications are professionally written, accurate, timely, and consistent with style, tone, and branding guidelines. •As needed, manage third party vendors to support ongoing initiatives. •Participate in and/or complete all necessary bank training. •Maintain the strictness of confidentiality in all matters. •Comply with all Bank policies and procedures. •Work cooperatively with others. •Other administrative duties as assigned.
