The National Speakers Association (NSA) is looking for a dynamic contributor to help our nationally-recognized association grow and positively impact solo and entrepreneurs who make their living via the spoken word.
This position is for you if you have a track record of:
Successfully developing and implementing clear, targeted go-to-market strategies.
Using marketing to meet and exceed sales targets and access new markets.
Increasing sales of products and services and ensuring revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
Engaging customers in the customer journey.
Collaborating effectively with and gaining the buy in of internal program directors and managers.
Ensuring quality and excellence in all marketing materials.
Being personally accountable and an effective manager of yourself and your time.
The key outcomes you will achieve in this position include:
Marketing campaigns and communications are on-point with NSA’s strategic initiatives, are effective and compelling, result in increased sales, leads and revenue, and are within budget.
The organization’s success from both a financial and reputational perspective are enhanced.
Digital marketing efforts are effective and compelling with the result that NSA stakeholders are actively engaged with and supportive of NSA.
NSA events, products and services are respected and desired by stakeholders and customers for the value they receive.
Marketing materials, website content, and videos are accurate, compelling, and professional; they clearly demonstrate the value-add provided by NSA; they inspire customers and stakeholders to take action.
Five to seven years of marketing experience supporting consistent sales and business growth.
Experience expanding business market share, developing new relationships, and deepening existing relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in public relations or marketing is preferred.
Previous marketing experience in education or service offerings, and in-person & online learning events is preferred.
