About the Client Advocacy & Education Department of Financial Management Services The Marketing and Communications Manager position in the Client Advocacy & Education (CAE) department of Financial Management Services (FMS) is key to achieving the department's mission of educating campus on how to perform financial tasks accurately, efficiently, and within policy. FMS provides financial systems, services and support to Stanford's distributed communities, including university faculty and staff. Scope of services include: Payroll Services, Account Setup and Maintenance, Buying and Paying, Travel, Expense Reports and Reimbursement, Credit Card Merchant Services, Global Business Support Services, and more. In this exciting and rewarding position as the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of strategies and plans for marketing, communications, change management and content management. You will oversee the development and delivery of accurate and timely information provided through marketing strategies, integrated communications, and instructional websites consistent with Stanford's high-quality image. You will lead a team of marketing and communication specialists and work in partnership with FMS business owners and CAE colleagues specializing in instructional design, training, web design and publication. Success in this position requires strong financial and business acumen in order to support the full scope of products and services provided to Stanford business units by FMS.
