The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral part in ensuring this is done. The individual in this position is responsible for collaboration with Orkin’s outside sales force to determine sales and marketing needs to make the sales organization more effective in the marketplace. You will also provide information and assistance to support the execution of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth of Orkin’s termite and home services lines of business. Lastly, as the Marketing Analyst, you will manage the maintenance and development of Orkin’s HomeSuite iPad sales applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with development and execution of termite and home services product management initiatives.
Track and report results of test and pilot programs.
Foster positive working relationships with outside sales force and develop routine methods to secure input on marketing direction to ensure alignment.
Acts as project manager for HomeSuite iPad application development projects.
Maintains project worksheets and reports on timelines on budget.
Manage finances for all mobile sales application expenses - research, testing, design and development, subscriptions, hardware, etc. and strategically allocate mobile funds based on goals and initiatives.
Assist with training videos/scripts as well as manage release alerts and field communications process.
Manage residential trade show program and outside agency partner.
Manage SEO content review, approval routing, and posting protocols with marketing IT.
Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
Excels at analyzing and problem solving as it relates to various marketing programs.
Metrics driven and results oriented.
Paid Search experience a plus.
Google Analytics a plus.
Ability to analyze large data sets and produce reports.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as the desire to use it.
Ability to find solutions quickly and effectively.
Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education: BA/BS Marketing or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience
