As a Segment Marketing and Acquisition VP Chapter Lead you blend deep business and marketing expertise with a passion for coaching and developing people. In an Agile format and structure, you will directly oversee a team of chapter members, who will primarily work within autonomous squads, but report and align to you. You will help them grow and develop in their area of expertise and ensure alignment on the "how" of the work they perform in squads. As a player/coach, you will spend fifty percent of your time working in a squad environment leveraging you area of expertise and helping to advance the work and using your experience to maximize squad performance for the overall business and our clients. As a coach, you will work with your chapter team members in helping them develop theirs skills as well as help with any business challenges and opportunities being solved in the squad. You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role, and help to empower others with that knowledge to spread it throughout Fidelity Personal Investing division.
The Expertise We're Looking For
BS/BA required. MBA preferred
15 years of work experience
Product, Segment, or Brand management
Strategy or marketing consulting (including consumer insights, data and analytics)
Digital experience and marketing
Financial services experience preferred but not required
Agile experience preferred, but not required
The Purpose of Your Role
As Segment Marketing and Acquisition Chapter Lead, you play a vital role working in a cross-functional team within Fidelity. Your role will include developing an integrated understanding of market and client insights and using these insights to develop and manage effective marketing and communication integrated programs; driving enhancements to the client experience; and assessing on an ongoing basis the impact of the strategies on the key business metrics. A successful candidate will have strong partnering skills, a proven ability to build and deploy client development strategies, skills and passion in analyzing and integrating data, and will be highly organized with abilities to manage multiple programs simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes required as a result of market and competitive forces.

Deep understanding and experience in digital experience design and marketing
Ability to partner with tribes and squads to drive the learning agenda and hypotheses to gather the voice of the client and voice of the business to identify opportunities to enhance client loyalty and growth
Review, understand, and integrate data and information on the business, market, competitors, and clients to assess opportunities for growth
Work with chapter members and squads, and marketing functions to develop marketing communications campaigns and programs, to drive client awareness and engagement to drive satisfaction and growth of the business. Programs include strategy articulation, opportunity sizing, budgets and ROI, etc.
