Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Gather, analyze and define business requirements to drive data analysis/ interpretation/application through collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.Manage inputs and outputs from/to Marketing DatabaseIdentify data gaps and data quality opportunitiesParticipate in conceptual design reviews and provide appropriate consulting to help ensure they satisfy the documented business requirements.Identify relevant data required for marketing campaign segmentation and selection.Identify additional data requirements and obtain as needed from appropriate sources.Ensure compliance with applicable data security policies/procedures and laws and regulations (e.g., data transfer).Perform operational support tasks such as Member Impact investigation, etc.
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GEDBusiness Analysis experience SQL experience Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and data relationships.
