Own product marketing strategy, initiatives, messaging, and product commercialization for Health Plan and Third-Party Administrator market segments. Work closely with Product Managers, Sales Executives, and Marketing team to ensure successful product launches. Capture and manage market intelligence; be the expert on Healthx buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria. Present Healthx products in a way that strengthens our brand and boosts sales.
Develop product messaging and positioning that differentiates products/solutions in the market, articulates the value proposition, and is incorporated by Marketing into collateral and market-facing content
Communicate the value proposition of our products, including integrated partner offers, to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the selling process
Guide ongoing development of the Healthx product demo, supporting product teams to insure it is up-to-date and that Sales Engineers are trained in all aspects of the product.
Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking
Manage the marketing components of the product commercialization process and launch
Seek out and enhance competitive market intelligence in the digital engagement space
Keep the company up-to-date with market trends and competition, and keep us several steps ahead of the competition at all times
Minimum of 7 years prior experience performing a product marketing management role
Minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare payer industry
Proven and visible marketing veteran, with experience determining product-market fit and delivering products to market
Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing or similar field
Experience in market analysis
Knowledgeable of business problems for Health Plans and Third Party Administrators
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a B2B software company
Prior successful execution of commercialization and product launch plans, market intelligence, and writing messaging & positioning documents
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
