• In concert with the Director of Specialty Leasing & GM, develop and execute the center’s annual SL Income Budget and Strategy: o Canvas for new Specialty tenants on a regular basis in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Palm Coast, Daytona, and Orlando. o Meet with walk-in prospects for inline, kiosk and cart (RMU) space and close deals o Meet with prospects referred by Director of Specialty Leasing as requested and assist with closing deals o Increase Vending & Extra Income by exploring new avenues of revenue generation. • Other duties as assigned.
MARKETING COORDINATOR - Responsibilities • Point of Contact - Serve as the center’s on-site point person for consumer marketing & advertising. • Coordinate with 3rd party consultant and advertising agencies to develop and implement the center’s annual marketing plan and budget. Implement cost-control measures throughout the year for competitive pricing on materials and services. • Tourism Coordinator – Drive tourism outreach to increase motorcoach visits and improve the center’s awareness in the visitor market. • Event Coordinator – Coordinate various groups and promoters to execute successful events & drive qualified traffic to the center (Senior Guest Service Representative assists). • Exhibitors & Promoters - Coordinate the use of common area space by outside parties to increase Extra Income and drive traffic (Senior GSR assists). • On-site Signage & Marketing Collaterals – Manage consumer ‘touchpoints’ and on-site visuals (Sr GSR assists). • Oversee center’s Website, Social Media and Digital programs (Sr GS Rep to assist). • New Store Openings – Work with the marketing contact for new stores to create grand opening plans. Provide LL support for press announcements and grand opening events to ensure a successful launch and achieve tenant’s sales goals. • Other duties as assigned.
This position reports to the General Manager, with dotted-line reporting to the Director of Specialty Leasing.
Skills & Requirements: • High School Graduate, some college preferred • Excellent Oral and Written skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word • Shopping Center or Retail experience preferred • Record of proven results in sales or leasing a plus • Local and regional travel (20%)
