Since 1968, the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) has been dedicated to advancing the business of radiology. RBMA connects more than 2,100 members nationwide to valuable information, education, and practice-related resources and serves as an authoritative industry voice on behalf of shared member interests.

Under the guidance of the Associate Director of Education and Associate Director of Marketing and Meetings, the Meetings and Marketing Assistant duties will include:
Assist in managing program faculty and educational materials for both live and online education programs.
Responsible for continuing education management.
Develop and maintain program evaluations.
Manage attendee confirmations.
Monitor and maintain accurate website meetings content.
Attends and assists with onsite staff duties for educational seminars, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
Association mobile apps content management.
Assist with attendee and exhibitor management.
Assist in maintaining meeting planning database for multiple events.
Support the implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans for meetings and products.
Manage association photo archives.
Product management and fulfillment for the RBMA Store.
Provide phone support and respond to general inquiries.
Supports the overall mission of the RBMA by performing other duties as assigned.
Individual may be called upon to lift boxes up to 25 lbs. in weight. Some travel within the United States may be required.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the capacity to identify, implement, monitor and execute work plans for all assigned activities: goals & objectives; work plan & deadline schedules; assignment of responsibilities; reporting and evaluation.
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and carry out responsibilities with proficiency and finesse.
Attentiveness to details and systematic in record keeping.
Team player with cooperative spirit and willingness to do what is necessary to get the job done.
Ability to work closely with supervisors and at the same time independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the following computer skills is required: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the following computer skills is helpful: iMIS, Survey Methods (or similar online survey software), Photoshop, Adobe, and Google Docs.
